Graduate!!!! Ü

Can't believe it still seems so surreal...I am officially done with my Radiology Technologist Program! Tomorrow is graduation and it still just hasn't sunk in! I can't believe this day is finally here! As I look back on the past 2 years...well the past 4 years that I have been in school I know I couldn't have done it without all the support and encouragement I constantly got from my sweet family and friends! I feel so blessed!!
After graduation, the studying doesn't cease just yet...one more test..The Registry...December 7, 2011!! Then let the celebration begin!!!...& possibly more schooling...what!? ;) we will see!! Ü......

Can't believe I can finally say.... I GRADUATED!!! What a wonderful feeling!! I graduated on November 19th!! It was do great! I worked the night shift the night before so I got off work and 7:30 am...so I came home, showered, and crawled into bed for a few hours. When I woke up Bryce was in the front room with a gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers and all sorts of other beautiful flowers and two big gift bags! I was totally surprised!! He is so cute!! He wrote me the sweetest note and had gotten me the cutest new temple bag and a super cute BIG bag to take my world in when we travel! Ü He is so thoughtful!! I just love him to pieces!! It was a fun morning/afternoon with him! Then we got ready and went to graduation, it started at 4! It was fun! Kinda crazy to think we are finally done with the program and ready to start working!!! Ü After graduation we went to my parents house for a dinner celebration! Ü It was so fun! Grandpa & Grandma Taylor were there and cute Kathy (Larry was working in SLC)! It was a fun night celebrating with my cute family!! I feel so blessed to have such supportive family!! Everyone of them are constantly encouraging me and supporting me! Always boosting me up, believing I can do anything I put my mind to! They are such a blessing in my life!!! I am so SO grateful!!! Ü

March 11, 2011 ♥

Bryce planned the sweetest proposal on October 18, 2010 and we were married on March 11, 2011! Bryce proposed during the last family dinner with my whole family before my little brother left on his mission! It was perfect and SO sweet!! It was awesome to have my brother there since he would be missing the wedding! Ü Bryce is SO thoughtful!! It was positively perfect!! I was totally surprised! Ü He stood up in the middle of dinner and said he just wanted to take a minute ( I thought he just wanted to talk to Jord, give him advice...ya know? I just kept thinkin you dont have to stand up babe! Ü haha) He told my family how much he loved them and how grateful he was for them in welcoming him so much into our family. He told Jord, ....you have two year to make your mission the best and eternity to think about it! Then he looked at me and said I have had the past two years to think about you and I want to spend eternity with you! Ü
We were married just about 5 months later on the most perfect day in March! The weather was gorgeous!! It was amazing! What more can you ask for then to be sealed for time and all eternity to your very best friend!? Ü It was the greatest day!! Positively perfect! My parents sure know how to make your dream wedding come true!! Ü I loved every single thing about it! But most of all I loved knowing that from that day forward I would have Bryce with me always!! ♥ He is my world and means everything to me!! Here are some photos from our special day!!

In a nutshell....

In March 2008 Bryce was called to serve in the Australia Brisbane Mission!! He left June 4, 2008. I was able to stay with him and his family in Salt Lake that weekend before he left...we had a blast together. Bryce always has had a way of making me feel so comfortable, he always made me feel like I could just really be ME and loved me & all my craziness! ;)
So anyways... I had the opportunity to be an EFY counselor that summer and it just so happened that my first week was the same week Bryce would be leaving. So that Sunday I headed up to the U to get ready for my first session and I was totally crushed! I know how silly it all seems, but I felt like I couldn't breath...my heart just ached to be with him! I was honestly SOO thrilled with what he was doing and the goals he had set and was achieveing and wouldn't have had it any other way! And I was so excited for the opportunites I had - I loved being at EFY it was such a neat experience! But, after Bryce left, I just remember crying a lot...for a long time. ha SO we wrote throughout his mission...this was so wonderful for our relationship, we learned so much about each other and ourselves. Our love grew stronger and stronger through each letter. He always encouraged me, always remembered things that were happening in my life or things he knew were important to me! He is seriously just amazing...sometimes I still can't believe I get to be married to him for eternity!! Ü


So...Bryce returned home from his mission June 9, 2010. Of course I went up to Salt Lake so I could be available when he returned! Ü His family had a big BBQ that night for him with friends and family and neighbors. Lots of fun people...but pretty overwhelming. I remember walking into Chantells house and Sky was with me, Bryce was in the middle of the big backyard, and I remember stalling trying to stay in the kitchen and visit. Chantell looked and me and asked if I had seen him yet and I said I hadn't so she said well go see him!! Yikes! My heart dropped! I could see him through the window....I couldn't wait to talk to him to hug him and hold him and hear everything, I couldn't believe he was really here!! I just was wishing he would meet me at the door to the back yard, but of course not so much luck! ;) Went into the back yard and again tried to stall at the BBQer where Larry was cooking! I talked to him for a second then there was not turning back...Sky & I walked over to where he was standing....no big white smile...nothing...yikes. I gave him a big hug! He said like 2 words, looking at me like please go away...so i did. Ü As the evening went on we both lightened up and got to talk a bit. That night was just what I needed!! He was so sweet! As we were cleaning up I passed him as I was taking things inside and he grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him, I couldn't wait till we could could be alone and really talk. When we left, he walked us out & out his arm around me pulling me close as we walked. When we got to the car he told me he was sorry about the awkward stuff, he told me he wanted to see me HEAPS while I was in town! What more can a girl ask for at that point? Ü Then the best part of all...He said, I just love you so much! Ü Perfect Night!

Once Upon A Time...

Bryce and I met October 19, 2007... Our darling friend Cherise Bona Warner lined us up! Ü Cherise and I have been best buddies practically since we were born!! Our families have always been really close! So it was easy for us to keep in touch after my family moved to St George. So one day I get a call from Cherise telling me her friend from high school is moving to St George to live with his Dad and work with him in Vegas while he gets ready for his mission. She told me how great Bryce was and was determined I had to meet him. I was not so fond of being lined up but since it was Reese I agreed. Like two months ( ha something like that - seemed like forever) later Bryce called me...I still was pretty skeptical about this whole situation, but thought if nothing else we could be friends... I invited him to this surprise party we were having for Lyndsi and he said he would come. After giving him horrible directions, Michelle finally talked to him and he arrived. I remember he called me and told me he was here, so I walked outside to meet him and I was PLEASANTLY surprised!! He was incredibly handsome and totally sexy! I thought to myself...Mmmhmm we can definitely be friends!! Ü I gave him a BIG hug right of the bat! I invited him in and just in time for all us girls to get our picture taken with the birthday girl, I felt bad leaving him alone when he had just gotten there, but he says that was the moment he fell in love with me when I was standing there smiling and glancing at him apologizing for ditching him momentarily. Ü ..... So we carved pumpkins that night and I got another hug at the end of the night and we planned to have a "real" date the next night!

So the next night (Saturday) I met him at the Bloomington Wal-Mart, he was getting some supplies we would need for the night! Ü Bryce had planned have a little campfire and make s'mores and basically give us a chance to get to know each other! I know I am one lucky girl - he is totally adorable!! Ü haha so this just so happens to be one of the greatest stories of all time Ü haha so we get to the place he had picked out and it was perfect! Except I was retarded and didn't bring a jacket...whoopsies maybe it was wishful thinking someone else would keep me warm ;) haha anyways, it was freezing so Bryce went to get the fire started and realized he forgot the paper or something to get the fire going Ü whoopsies! ha so we emprovized and found some cardboard boxes and got the fire going. We sat down and just started chatting trying to learn more about each other when all of the sudden Bryce feels his foot is pretty hot and he looks down to find his pants are on FIRE!! ah! haha he got the fire out but sad day those were his fav pants! He recovered quickly and we got back to chatting but before long the cops showed up! ha wow what a night ;) They asked us if we had been drinking...what!?! ha and then told us we weren't allowed to be there...bonus, it just so happens one of the officiers was a patient at the office I was working for at the time! haha so pretty much decided we had better call it a night after that! Needless to say I am certain Bryce felt like it was a trainwreck - but it wasn't... it was the most perfect/fun first date I have ever been on!! Ü

So from that time on Bryce and I became best friends!! He was working in Vegas Monday through Thursay. So we would talk on the phone each night and I would always tell him Thursdays were my favorite because he came home!! He would tell me all kinds of stories when we would talk on the phone everynight and I LOVED every minute of it! He has the best stories and the cutest laugh!! He has been an angel in my life since day one!! I am so grateful to be married to the man of my dreams!! .... more of the story to come....
